*Immediate delivery

MCM House is happy to immediate delivery on all available stock items. To allow time for the proper arrangements to be made, MCM House aims to deliver all in-stock items within 3 days of an order being placed. We ask our customers to please understand that sometimes making the proper arrangements can take up to 7 working days.

Our delivery service

We always try to ensure that products are in stock, but they remain subject to change without notice.

If there are any delays or other problems at all with your order, our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible, and pass on any information from the manufacturer as soon as it becomes available.

Can you request a delivery time or date?

We deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays in metropolitan areas, and selected weekdays in certain regional centres, varying by the location. In Sydney, we are also able to offer delivery on your selected day (Monday thru Saturday) for a $40 fee.

Our drivers plan their delivery runs on the day that most efficiently reach all our customers. We usually deliver during business hours, though in selected zones we deliver as early as 6:30am and as late as 7:00pm.  Please advise if you have specific needs and our drivers will try and meet this.

How we deliver

Your driver will call on the morning of delivery before 10am with an approximate 2-hour delivery window.

If your delivery is scheduled for 8am or earlier (deliveries can be made as early as 6:30am), your driver will call you as they leave the warehouse, making every effort to give you as much notice as they can.

Outside of our regular delivery areas, delivery is handled by our courier partner, Allied Express, which offers a door to door, street level delivery service only, and will not deliver large items up stairs, enter homes, or provide installation or removal services. Should you require assistance with this we are happy to look at other delivery options for you.

Change of delivery details

If you need to change a delivery date or the delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Team on +612 9698 4511 at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Disposal and removal of old items.

In metropolitan areas and selected regional centres where delivery is managed by our own team, you can also request that we remove your old piece of furniture for recycling - simply select the option from the Checkout page when ordering.

Old pieces of furniture being removed from your home must be similar to the new item being delivered. By requesting this service, you agree that removed goods have zero value and become our property, and that we may dispose of them as we see fit.
