ORDERING

The items you wish to purchase can be added to your cart whenever you see the "Add to Cart" button. When you are ready to place your order, click on the cart icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen, check out and follow the prompts.

Once you have successfully placed your order online you will receive an order confirmation email. We suggest also checking your junk folder as sometimes new emails can be sent there. The order confirmation will outline the items ordered, delivery costs and the shipping address. A separate email will also be sent within 2 business days with the next steps including any relevant lead times. If you do not receive your order confirmation email within one hour of placing your order, please contact us.

You will receive email updates regarding your order. When your order is ready for dispatch, you will be contacted directly by our freight partners to arrange a delivery schedule. For small décor items, orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order (if in stock). These are sent express via Australia Post and are expected to arrive within 2-5 business days.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer trade logins with your discounts available, however please get in touch with our sales team at sales@mcmhouse.com so you can place your order.

Product lead times are available within each product page and are specific to the products colour or size you have selected. 'Lead time' refers to a delivery estimate to our warehouse only. Lead time quotes are estimates only and could be subject to change.

All MCM House products are designed within Australia, but we have several suppliers from various countries who manufacture our goods.

Some of our products come readily assembled and others require assembly. To find out if assembly is required, please refer to the Product Specifications section in individual product pages. For selected postcodes, you may opt for our Premium Delivery service to have your products assembled and rubbish removal. For full details, please visit our Delivery Service page.

You can find the product's assembly instructions in the Product Specifications section on individual product pages. Please get in touch with our customer service team if it's not available.

You can access some handy tips for measuring your space correctly using our measuring guide. Prior to placing your order, it is important that you consider where the items will be placed, and any potential delivery obstacles including entryways and staircases. If goods are unable to be delivered due to access, it will result in additional fees as outlined at the bottom of the measuring guide. Customers must also be present at the agreed time of delivery and allow access to the driver.

Please note that if you have opted for a standard delivery service please check carton dimensions outlined in the product specifications page. To ensure the packaging can fit through all doorways.

PAYMENT METHOD

All prices and orders are displayed and calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD). All payments are also charged in AUD.

We accept all major credit cards as payment options as well as Apple Pay, Afterpay and Zip.

Yes. Our online store offers two options: Afterpay and Zip.

Afterpay with a max order value of up to $2,000 (Including Delivery fee) 
Zip with a max order value of up to $15,000 (Including Delivery fee)

Please note that Afterpay & Zip are currently unavailable in our showrooms. For orders with lead times our showrooms offer the option of purchasing with a 50% deposit. To request this option, please contact our showroom sales team here. Please note that the final 50% will then be requested prior to dispatch and a 50% deposit is only valid outside of sale periods.

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

Delivery charges are based on shipment location and total volume of your order. Total delivery fees can also be viewed at the checkout page. Please check our delivery service page HERE for available delivery options and inclusions.

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

Orders with multiple lead times will be delivered together once all products are in stock. Splitting the delivery of your order can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact our Customer Service team to request this here contact form.

Unfortunately, our online store is unable to offer a warehouse pickup or showroom collection. Please contact our sales team for this option.

Our online store offers Australia wide shipping excluding TAS and NT. To check if we deliver to your location, type your postcode into the "Shipping Calculator" on any of the product pages.

We currently do not not offer International shipping.

Please double-check your delivery address prior to placing the order. Please contact our sales representative and we will do our best to make the changes. We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. Please note that this is subject to a delivery fee recalculation.

For furniture items, customers must also be present at the agreed time of delivery and allow access to the driver. For Australia Post deliveries, our parcels do not require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, items will be left at your home (if it is considered safe to do so) or alternatively, taken back to your local post office for collection.

We strive to deliver the best quality product and experience, but sometimes things don't go according to plan. If your item is missing parts, please fill out our contact form and choose "Warranty/Product Issue Enquiry". Please include as much detail as you can on the parts you require. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as we can.

*Please note that our delivery team also reach out to us if the service could not be executed due to missing hardware / parts. In this situation we will get in touch with you to resolve any issues.

Should you need to reschedule your delivery, or make contact regarding your delivery in general, please fill out our contact form and choose "Delivery Enquiry" on the drop-down menu.

RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICIES

Please choose carefully as we do not refund, return, or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection as supported by Australian Consumer Law.

All MCM House products are quality-controlled. However, should a product be delivered that has a manufacturing fault, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. You are entitled to this policy if you contact us within 48 hours of your product delivery date notifying us of the manufacturing fault. 

Please fill out our contact form and choose "Warranty/Product Issue Enquiry" with photos (or videos, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault and a detailed description. We'll get back within 2 business days to guide you through the process and work with you to find a satisfactory outcome.

Due to high order volumes, orders cannot be amended or cancelled. To know more about our cancellation policy, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

ACCOUNT

Once logged in to your account, your name will appear in the upper right-hand window. To you’re your account information and delivery details, click on Edit and update accordingly.

Click the "Log In" icon on the upper right-hand window. Click on the "Forgotten Password" enter your email address and submit. You will receive an email for you to reset your password.
