Delivery charges are based on shipment location and total volume of your order. These fees are calculated at checkout.
Prior to placing your order, it is important that you consider where the items will be placed, and any potential delivery obstacles including entry ways and staircases. A return delivery charge will be applicable should delivery not be successful due to inadequate access. Please check our measuring guide here before confirming your order.

Returns
Please choose carefully as we do not refund, return, or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection (as supported by Australian Consumer Law).
All MCM House product is quality controlled, however should a product be delivered that has a manufacturing fault, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. You are entitled to this policy if you contact us within 48 hours of your product delivery notifying us of the manufacturing fault.
